To the extent any of ST\u2019s data sharing with advertising or analytics partners is considered a \u201csale\u201d or \u201cshare\u201d for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state law, you may exercise your right to opt out as described below.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>CHOICES ABOUT HOW ST USES AND DISCLOSES YOUR INFORMATION<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ST strives to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to ST. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to ST as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transaction.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ST does not control third parties\u2019 collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
